GETTING STARTED

Legal Document Server can begin providing services as soon as an Order or Stipulation authorizing Electronic Service of Documents is entered. Once the Order or Stipulation has been endorsed by the Court or Arbitrator, simply contact our team to get started.

To create an account and receive notifications, please e-mail us at support@legaldocumentserver.com and provide us the following information:

  1. Case Name and Number
  2. Full name(s) and E-Mail address(es) for accounts needed
  3. Copy of CMO, PTO, Stip, Answer to Cross-Complaint, or Notice of Appearance (If an answer has not yet been filed, a draft of the answers caption page will suffice.)

Once the above information has been provided, an invitation with a username and password will be sent via e-mail to begin using Legal Document Server’s system. We will guide you every step of the way to get your case and account up and running. A live demonstration is available upon request.

Requirements

All that is required to utilize Legal Document Server’s system is a computer with internet connection, web browser and Adobe Acrobat.  Set your worries aside and let us take care of your legal eService and Online Case Management needs.
