Litigation File Manager

Legal Document Server is seeking a Litigation File Manager who has experience in litigation and case management.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Managing files on Online Case Management System (training provided)
  • Verifying uploaded files for Court Filing or Process Serving
  • Managing uploaded files for E-Service (training provided)
  • Adding & removing users from cases
  • Updating case list & service list
  • Dispatching online orders to respective vendors
  • Providing customer support to clients/prospects via e-mail & telephone
  • Managing existing and prospective clients about providing services (sales)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Tech Savvy with computers & online case management systems
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in handling court documents (filing & serving)
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at a law firm (litigation preferred)
  • Knowledge of California Rules of Court; local rules or court; or the California Code of Civil Procedure
  • Bachelor’s Degree from accredited four year university (Preferred but not required)

Salary based on Experience. Health Insurance provided
